Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise to and from storage and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management and product availability.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all items are packaged correctly and meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including labeling and scanning.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily targets and workflow adjustments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills for logging time and tracking inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
