Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) with safety as our top priority; training provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Verify inventory counts and assist in inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks to ensure consistency.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including label scanning and package handling.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We train you from the ground up!
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (e.g., outdoor loading docks).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
