Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and sorting orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory scanning devices (RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
