Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label products in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using handheld scanners
- Load/unload shipments with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid Michigan driver's license (preferred for some roles)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit locations
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (not required)
