Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform troubleshooting on 480V+ electrical equipment and PLC systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local safety regulations
- Lead junior technicians and coordinate project timelines
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (NM required)
- Proficiency with PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and industrial safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
