Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain the Active Directory and ensure user access rights are current and secure.
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Train employees on new software applications and IT best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT management team to implement technical solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
