Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management for Windows and Mac environments.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot server-side issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and common operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
