As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring seamless technology operations and resolving technical issues with empathy and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via remote access and phone.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming support tickets to ensure rapid resolution times.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions within our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on new software updates and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
