Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world workflows.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel training methodologies to enhance model reasoning capabilities for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences in high-traffic environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge advancements in Reinforcement Learning and Human-in-the-Loop systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs, Transformers, and Agentic workflows.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety guidelines in autonomous systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
