Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of advanced AI models for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Design and optimize deep learning architectures using Python, PyTorch, and CUDA to maximize computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-grade, scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous monitoring, versioning, and automated deployment of models.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, publishing research papers and contributing to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research, development, or deployment of AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large-scale model training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
