Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 ecosystem, integrating Quantum-Ready algorithms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver high-impact projects.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) at scale.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable software solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct architectural reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse technical teams.
