Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, including transformers and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our production systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience working with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
