Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deploy autonomous agents.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Collaborate with product leads to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
