Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon product suite, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and deep learning architectures that can handle millions of transactions.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI research into practical, production-ready applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve latency and throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on architectural trade-offs and long-term scalability.
