Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI product roadmap, focusing on LLMs and neural networks.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native, serverless architectures.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and security.
- Conduct technical due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing scalable systems for high-traffic environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion models).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
