Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the long-term technical strategy for our core AI systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against rapid technological shifts.
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems, optimizing for performance and inference speed.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous agents to prevent bias and ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a world-class engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and senior engineers alike.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and legal teams to integrate complex AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the infrastructure required to support petabyte-scale data processing and high-availability AI services.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Algorithmic Mastery: Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art algorithms, specifically in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze emerging trends in the tech industry and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
