Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural roadmap for next-generation AI systems, focusing on 2026-ready scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into scalable enterprise infrastructures.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for latency and throughput.
- mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic visions into concrete technical specifications.
- Ensure security, compliance, and ethical standards in all AI development practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical deployments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and quantum mechanics principles.
