Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 product launch.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale deep learning models ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical debt.
