Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in the development of proprietary AI models.
- Define technical strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in AI engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
