Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale machine learning models, from research to deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for optimizing model inference, latency, and cost-efficiency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish and enforce rigorous MLOps pipelines, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define roadmap features that leverage AI to drive user growth and retention.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a deep specialization in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying LLMs and NLP solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
