Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core engine, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Oversee the development and optimization of deep learning models, focusing on inference speed and memory efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep Project 2026 at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and model versioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
