Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for emerging market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Manage a $15M R&D portfolio with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant STEM field (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation budgets with 25%+ YoY growth
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network of VCs, researchers, and industry disruptors
