Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in researching pre-2026 AI paradigms and emerging technologies.
- Optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and generative models.
