Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of 10+ data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Transformer Models) into production.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain our high-quality engineering standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and quantum researchers to bridge the gap between theoretical models and practical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
