Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Multimodal Learning) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and development of proprietary models, focusing on efficiency and deployment on edge devices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
