Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement schema markup to ensure optimal crawlability, indexability, and site performance.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead the optimization of landing pages and product listings, collaborating closely with product managers and UX designers to improve conversion rates.
- Link Building & Authority: Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and brand credibility.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates (like Penguin and Core Web Vitals) and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Reporting & Communication: Create compelling monthly reports for stakeholders, translating technical SEO metrics into actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful organic growth campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering. Proficiency in tools like Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, and SQL for data querying.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
