Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and lead the technical strategy for our upcoming product cycles, ensuring alignment with the 2026 innovation goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to be integrated into the core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and technical excellence across the organization.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and disaster recovery strategies to protect sensitive data assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
