Responsibilities
- Architect robust, scalable systems for high-frequency AI inference engines and quantum data processing.
- Drive the technical vision for the Project 2026 infrastructure stack, ensuring it is future-proof and adaptable.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, precision, and high performance.
- Collaborate with top-tier research scientists to translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready software.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance under extreme computational load.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in system architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and GPU programming (CUDA/OpenCL).
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and parallel processing.
