Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define architectural patterns and best practices for distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate high-level 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting rigorous code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with global data standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing systems that handle massive concurrency and data throughput.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
