Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the high-level architecture for the Year 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Design: Design and implement complex, distributed systems utilizing microservices, AI integration, and cloud-native technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimizations to handle next-generation data loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & ML: Demonstrated experience integrating AI and machine learning models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
