Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or autonomous systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of safety-critical systems and regulatory compliance standards (ISO, SAE levels).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
