Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of autonomous flight paths and navigation algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and success metrics.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven telemetry and predictive maintenance systems.
- Conduct rigorous simulation and stress testing for mission-critical scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and ISO aerospace standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace or high-tech systems engineering.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Demonstrated history of leading teams through complex software lifecycles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and edge computing.
