Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging technology trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics and expert networks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with quantified ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotechnology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and risk modeling methodologies
- Experience leading high-impact teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
