Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioengineering) to create 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience against black swan events
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members using data visualization
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
