Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational strategy
- Deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and thought leaders
- Author white papers on emerging technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Experience leading global teams and managing innovation budgets
