Responsibilities

- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis and neuro-ethical frameworks
- Partner with UN bodies to design global standards for emerging tech governance
- Direct $50M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 breakthrough opportunities
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with proven Fortune 500 impact
- Published author in Nature Futures or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives across public/private sectors
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 5-year strategic forecasts with measurable outcomes
