Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for cryptography and optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for 2026's AI landscape
- Architect quantum-safe encryption protocols for financial and healthcare systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum accelerators in cloud infrastructure
- Pioneer quantum error correction techniques for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum algorithm standardization
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in Shor's algorithm, Grover's search, and quantum simulation
- Experience securing classical systems against quantum attacks (NIST PQC standards)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing architectures
