- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our San Francisco office.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
