Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and seal packages efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Unload incoming trucks and organize merchandise in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and safe workflow during peak hours.
- Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
