Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and reliable transportation are mandatory.
