Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily operations logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar industrial setting is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
