Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately using scanning equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to meet compliance standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
