Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace organized and clean.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and bend/twist frequently.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work varying shifts, including weekends.
