Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily freight shipments across Southeastern US routes
- Manage warehouse inventory and distribution center operations
- Optimize transportation routes using logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare shipment documentation and customs clearance forms
- Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficient in TMS/warehouse management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with LTL/FTL transportation models
