As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing shipments, and coordinating with drivers and vendors to meet our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment logs, inventory levels, and billing documents.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues.
- Solve complex logistical problems to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Process all necessary paperwork, including bills of lading and delivery receipts, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
