As a key member of our night operations, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods through our facility, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure merchandise meets standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Perform inventory counts and update systems as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
