What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us optimize our operations. Your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling deliveries, and tracking shipments using industry-standard WMS software.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure all documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips, is completed correctly.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
