Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Process freight bills and maintain organized filing systems for shipping documentation.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible shifts.
