Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas to maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the management team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
- Package and label shipments accurately to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment statuses and manage digital inventory records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (valid license) is required; we will assist with training if you have a CDL or general driving background.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
