Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems.
- Process shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and packing lists, with precision.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland, OH location.
